They may not be connected
But there still exists an unsaid connection
Such is the essence of 
Community sentiment

People feel protected and empowered
Happy and assured
Thinking they will be looked after,
They work towards a purpose 
Share common goals
Promote their groups
Look out for each other in times of need
Vascillating at same emotional frequency
They display signs of a great community

Communities are all around us
Animals even:
See an injured elephant and the whole herd around it
Life, but stops for all of them
An alpha wolf, as ferocious and cunning it maybe
Does not think twice before sacrificing its own life 
To save the entire pack

Why is it then,
humans have forgotten the ways of community
Why is it they 
suffer from myopia
From social animals they have chosen 
to become insular animals
It can’t be difficult to look out for your kinds
In their hours of need, or even long after they have gone

When a young star dies and the whole country is sad & enraged
I cant help wonder, pity and be incensed 
at the apathy of this community called Bollywood.

Funny: where are their tweets & insta’s when needed the most
There is nothing
Hidden in their dens & shells
Afraid and apprehensive
Waiting for all this to get over
Once over
They will speak
But by then it will be too late
Words without any weight
Thinking life will go back to normal
But this time it won’t
They are heros but why do they resemble cowards.

Is this a small but true representation of a larger community crumbling?
Should we be worried?
